New Patient?

Drop us a line and we’ll get back to you!

Dr. McMinn & Dr. Stubbs are here to help answer your questions. Existing patients, or new, this information will help all who are considering orthodontic treatment. Orthodontic treatments vary depending on your individual needs. Our staff and Orthodontists will discuss all treatment options with you to ensure we have the best course of action. We'll work with you to create a plan that fits your schedule and budget. Our practice accepts most forms of payment, including: cash, cheque, & credit card. Please let us know if you have any questions about your insurance coverage.

Your first visit to our office will take place in our consult room and last approximately 15-minutes. The purpose of this visit is to have a clinical orthodontic evaluation. As part of this evaluation, we will email you a secure link to fill out our consult form online. Please complete the form before your first visit.

At this visit, you will have the opportunity to have many questions answered, including:

  • What are my treatment options?
  • What type of braces/appliances can work for me?
  • How long will active treatment take?
  • What will it cost?
  • What sort of payment plans are provided?

Feel free to ask the Dr. McMinn any questions about your care, or that of your child. If you wish to proceed, your next appointment will involve taking diagnostic “records”. Records include taking digital x-rays, a digital scan of your teeth (this replaces the former procedure of taking molds of your teeth), digital photos, and detailed examination notes. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions before starting treatment.

We look forward to getting you started on creating a beautiful smile that will last a lifetime!
